Initial Free Consultation
This is a 20-minute conversation (via Zoom) where we explore your goals, your challenges, and what support would be most helpful. There is no pressure, simply clarity about whether this work is the right fit for you.
After our initial consultation, I recommend beginning with a six-session series, meeting weekly or bi-weekly for 60 minutes per session. This creates a steady rhythm, supports measurable progress, and ensures dedicated availability in the calendar.
Booking Options:
Individual session: $175, collected at booking
Six-session series: $895 as one discounted payment (equaling $150/session)
All sessions are via Zoom.
